How I got here.

A short timeline of the projects, programs and milestones that shaped where I am today.

  1. 2015

    Inspiration

    Started learning JavaScript, inspired by my uncle. Founded a small trash-can cleaning business and built a Google Home from a DIY kit.

  2. 2019

    Exploring coding

    Dove deeper into web development through Project Lead The Way courses, focusing on HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  3. 2020

    Freshman year

    Took my first in-person coding class during the pandemic and completed a 150-hour HTML and CSS course on Udemy.

  4. 2021

    Self-directed learning

    Picked up JavaScript and SASS, talked finance daily with my grandfather, opened a custodial Roth IRA, and ran a drone photography business.

  5. 2022

    Applying the skills

    Earned an A in AP Computer Science, completed a 200-hour JavaScript course, and registered a second business as an LLC.

  6. 2024

    Breaking in

    Interned at LLNL, Beats by Dre and Adventist Health. Graduated from the Stanford Deep Learning Portal and taught Advanced Web Development at CSUB as a first-year.

  7. 2024

    Capital One Launchpad

    Found the Launchpad program through LinkedIn, got selected among 50 students nationwide, and won first place in the capstone case competition.

  8. 2025

    Apple, again

    Machine Learning Engineer intern on Apple's AI & Data Platforms team in Austin — came home with a full-time return offer.

  9. 2026

    Graduated

    Graduated with the Computer Science and Statistics degrees, and now build AI systems at Linean.
